Thank you for your interest. I have a passion for assisting individuals to live their life dreams and enhance their joy using the inner wisdom of their body, mind and spirit. Seeing myself as a partner in each person's growth, I use a variety of techniques to assist in that process, including discussion, assessment tools, imagery, energy psychology, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), PSYCH-K, and humor.

I opened my current practice in 1992 and have successfully coached individuals in career, retirement, health, relationship, spiritual, and personal growth.

My credentials include:

• Licensed Professional Counselor with a National Counselor Certification
• Master's degree in Higher Education, with a minor in Counseling Psychology
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• Phi Beta Kappa
• Career counselor at the University of Michigan from 1985 to 1992
