Thank you for your interest. I have a passion for assisting individuals to live their life dreams and enhance their joy using the inner wisdom of their body, mind and spirit. Seeing myself as a partner in each person's growth, I use a variety of techniques to assist in that process, including discussion, assessment tools, imagery, energy psychology, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), PSYCH-K, and humor.

     I am grateful to work with you to increase your happiness, discover the unique gifts you offer the world, and find joy amidst life's challenges. I receive as I give. It's a joy to journey with you to grow, play, laugh, and be uplifted in our work together.

     I opened my current practice in 1992 and have successfully coached individuals in career, retirement, health, relationship, spiritual, and personal growth.

     My credentials include:

• Licensed Professional Counselor with a National Counselor Certification
• Master's degree in Higher Education, with a minor in Counseling Psychology
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• Phi Beta Kappa
• Career counselor at the University of Michigan from 1985 to 1992

In addition to working with you using EFT, I help you learn EFT so you can use it any time to release blockages to health, career, abundance, relationships, retirement and more. It has unlimited potential to release what is not life enhancing (fears, emotions, trauma, depression, negative thinking, disease...) and increase whatever you choose to add joy to your life. As you experience reduced internal conflict you can reduce your suffering and increase your peace.
  The Mesothelioma.com web site has requested to list me as an EFT resource in their directory of alternative/complementary treatments. EFT can also be used as a stand-alone or complementary technique for all forms of disease.
